What Causes Pain In The Chest And Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder?

Hi, I am having chest pains and I know it sound daft...but my Heart hurts. This has been going on for a few weeks now and I am wondering what I can do to make it go away? I also have an Eating Disorder and Bipolar and the last few weeks I have kind of gone crazy and have thrown up a few times and have smoked like 10 a day and have been exercising like crazy. I am sure it has something to do with that! But is there anything I can take to make it stop hurting?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Since you are smoker, we need to first rule out cardiac cause for your chest pain. So get done ECG. If ECG is normal than no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
You are having bipolar disorder and eating disorder too, which favours possibility of anxiety related chest discomfort more.
Anxiety can cause GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). And GERD can be worsened by your eating disorder. So it can cause chest pain due to acid reflux.
Better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it. You may require anxiolytic and mood stabilizer drugs.
And quit smoking as soon as possible.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
