What Causes Pain In The Butt Crack With Dry Skin And Itching?

I m a 20 year old female. For a little over a week now I have had a lot of pain right above my anus, and into my but crack. It is just a small spot that itches a lot and looks like little cuts. I haven t noticed any bleeding, but it hurts a lot when I wipe that area. I ve been using wet wipes, because I ve read that those clean better, and they feel better. It hurts randomly throughout the day, but itches like crazy at night. I ve been using a cream that is supposed to soothe and heal, but haven t really seen a difference.

It most probably is an acute anal fissure, you need to make sure that you are not constipated, you might need to take some stool softners to start of with u can take isabgol powder or lactoluse syrup 2tsp at bed time, you will need betadine washes twice daily and tthen a local application of an ointment which has diltiazem, calcium dobesilate ( ointment cremagel 30 mg) twice a day.
