What Causes Pain In The Belly Post Removal Of Tonsils & Adenoids?

My three year old son had his tonsils & adnoids removed on June 14th and had no problems minimal pain. just this week he keeps waking up crying at night and multiple times during the day saying his belly hurts. June 28th will be two weeks is this normal for discomfort in the belly after no signs the week of surgery?

There is no exact relation to adenoidectomy and belly hurt, usually after afew days of post surgery some people will feel nausea and vomiting this may contribute decrease in appetite .So consult your child health care provider.
