What Causes Pain In The Armpit After Draining A Sebaceous Cyst?

I have a sabaceous cyst on my lower right breast that got infected for the second time. I drained it myself, but since then the entire bottom of my breast is tender and then it spread to underneath my armpit, and now it reaches all the way to my lateral back on the right side. The pain starts about an hour after i wake up. It is painful to allow my arms to rest against my side and to drive my car because of the seat. The nature of the pain is a stabbing burning pain, it is somewhat tolerable but each day it seems to get worse.

Draining Sebaceous cyst on your own without any aseptic environment is very risky, it can lead to secondary infection.
It seems you couldn't drain properly or it might have flared up secondary infection / cellulitis - need to examine it.
Better consult General Surgeon or Gynecologist who can ascertain exact cause and plan further course of treatment.
