What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And Acidity After Taking Crocin Tablet?
My sister had 5 crocin cold n flu and 5 combiflam in the afternoon within a span of 30 min as she had a very bad head ache.She is 19 yrs old.She now says she has occassional pain in her left side of the stomach and a feeling of severe acidity.Is she in any kind of a danger?Wat is the cure to it?Waiting for the soonest reply sir.

dear both tablets contain paracetamol and combiflame contain ibuprofen .both are NSAIDS cause injury to the liver and ulceration in stomach after gastritis.if paracetamol>4grams cause drug induced liver injury and acute liver cell failure.so use tablets pantaprazol before breakfast.please consult your doctor immediately.she may need ryles tube aspiration.i think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
