What Causes Pain In The Abdomen, Diarrhea And Weird Bowel Sounds?

my name is michael 17 years old, i have pain in my stomach moreso pressure, Diarrhea, Weird bowel sounds also weird gurgling poping noises in my stomach. it started 2 months ago at school when i had to leave because of the diarrhea, a week after that i was fine, it then came back on recently, and it is a massive hastle considering school is now back and i cant go to it. i tried going to school but i may have developed a bit of anxiety for fear of it happening at school. i have been having gastrostop, but it makes the stomach worse.. i have been having no dairy eggs Plenty of fluids ect.. still same outcome.. >> i had a blood test done, all results came back fine. please help :)

- drink plenty of liquids in form of boiled water , coconut water , lemon juice,
green tea, home made juices, butter milk etc.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / cheese / pastas
- have light diet with yoggurt .
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating .
- avoid stress / anxiety .
- avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if useing any .
- do regular light exercises at home with YOGA to boost up your immunity.

to the clinical severity of the condition for faster recovery .
