What Causes Pain In Testicles With Burning In The Tip Of Penis?

Hi, I am a 30yrs old guy. I am experiencing pain in somewhere in my testicles after masturbation which worsens when standing and subsides when lied down. Also there is burning in the tip of the penis while urinating after masturbation. Also the volume of semen has reduced and the color is somewhat yellowish and white mixture, at times translucent. Consulted an urologist, who performed an ultrasound. He told me that everything was normal Please tell me if its a matter of serious concern.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
First of all stop using more pressure on penis during masturbation. This causes many problems like abrasions in the urethra. During real intercourse the penis does not have much pressure on it. Do not use substances / liquids which cause irritation in the urethra ( if you are using).

The pain in testicle which increases on standing and subsides on lying down indicates a local problem like varicocele or so.. You have already consulted the Urologist. and color doppler examination on forceful inspiration will give the real size of the veins around the testis.

Go for tests of semen- analysis and culture and sensitivity examination before you start antibiotic ( even though they have been started, ) .
This may become a matter of serious concern if you do not get a proper treatment.
