What Causes Pain In Stomach And Back With Diarrhea?

I have been having anxious stomach , Diarahha , pain in back right had side my doctor think levels elatved famil G¨P thinks Galls bladder ultra sound tomorrow every time I eat I get really bad pain in past few day, this has been gong on for months

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Pancreatitis with obstructed duct causing Raised enzymes with diarrhea due to Lipase leakage,causing diarrhea with routine diet.
Gall Bladder Stone with partial CBD obstruction would also have pain in back but without any diarrhea.
Cause of Chronic Pancreatitis with Obstructive pancreatic ducts needs to be removed by stopping heavy alcohol consumption,which is the commonest cause in most of such cases.
MRI with MRCP (MRI with CholangioPancreatography) would fix the cause of this pain in back,in your case.
Second Opinion from GI Surgeon would evaluate and assess the causes and plan for the right treatment in your case.
