What Causes Pain In Shoulder?

I have pain in my left shoulder. I had an MRI and the doctors office called and said I have a rupture and I thought the nurse said espinosis . I need to see an orthopedic surgeon. Can you give me more information on what I might have in my shoulder? The doctors office is closed so I cannot call back.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
There is possibility of rotator cuff injury.

Medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain, you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start IFT ,or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
You may need to take rest for early healing.

Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.

If not relieved arthroscopic repair treatment will help.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
