Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Even if your HIDA scan is fine as in your cases, there still may be
gallbladder disorder that causes your symptoms.
I think that you should do
CT scan to evaluate it more accurately.
This may be caused by stone in bile duct, common bile duct or
liver and it is very common condition. You need to change your dietary habits first. Need to avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol and spicy food. You should eat more milk products, vegetables and boiled food.
If there is no improvement on lifestyle or dietary changes, then surgery is recommended. Other causes include
pancreatitis or pleuordinia and should be considered if gallbldder stones are ruled out by CT scan.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
