What Causes Pain In Right Temple And Nausea?

I recently had an accident snowboarding and fell on my tailbone pretty hard, was initially almost impossible to stand or walk more than 5 mins and it hurt to bend over. Over the last couple days it s seemed to get better in my back but now when I turn my head to the left I get a strong pain and nausea in my right temple. If I turn my head a certain way though the pain is gone. Not sure what this is.

If this pain in head started after you fall down, then you need to undergo NCCT head or MRI Brain to look for any injury inside your skull.
