What Causes Pain In Right Hip When Walking?

Today at school I was just walking as normal and I don't know when I noticed but my right hip started hurting when ever I walked on my right leg. It almost feels if there is a bruise there but I checked and there is no bruising or swelling what so ever.

There is nothing to be worried. It is most likely a pulled muscle due to sudden getting up or bending. I would suggest you to take Brufen for pain if it is too much. Also you can apply Diclofenac ointment. Also you can do hot water fomentation.
