There are several causes for Pain in the penis , which include -Urinary tract infection -Chief among the causes of penis pain is Peyronie’s disease, an abnormal curvature of the penis usually caused by scar tissue -Balanitis which is swelling of the foreskin or the head of the penis -Prostatitis which is inflammation of the prostate gland ( This gland produces fluid in the semen) -Urethritis which is the infection of the uretha ( Urethra is the tube that carries urine and semen out of the body) -Bladder stones -Syphillis and genital herpes gwhich is sexually transmitted disease - Trauma -Erection that does not go away (priapism) - Penile Cancer which is a rare form of cancer -Bite whether human or insect if you feel that your lymph nodes are enlarged then you should visit your physician for proper workup and treament timely.
