What Causes Pain In Penis During Erection?

I am 34 year old male . The last month or so I have been having pain when my penis is errect. It feels as though my penis is not fully errect when the pain starts .. I have no cuts, marks, swelling on it. It started suddenly .. Any ideas who I need to see or what it could be ? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The possible cause may be
a.     Peyronie's disease – it is due to fibrous plaque which causes the penis to bend during erection or penile pain. Treatment is available
b.     Tumor
c.     Phimosis - it is tightness of the prepuce (foreskin) of the penis that prevents the retraction of the foreskin over the glans causing pain
d.     Injury due to trauma
e.     Priapism – it persistent painful erection
Advice
1.     Consult a general surgeon for examination of your penis
2.     Ibuprofen 600 mg orally after meal if pain is intolerable
Thanks
