What Causes Pain In Neck Along With Tingling Sensation In Hand?

I passed out yesterday and hit my head on the floor. My neck and head aches and I have tingling in my right hand. My bp was 90 over 55 and my pulse was 50 according to the medics. I am 71 and take 80 mg of lisinopril. Is this serious and should I go to the er or see my dr.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are hypertensive and on anti-hypertensive drug then episode of passed away could be due to developing of TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack ) and to rule out this better to get done CT of brain, looking to the blood pressure reading given here and medicine that you are taking these need to be reassess, take care.
I find this answer helpful
