What Causes Pain In Middle Of Chest And Nausea?

I am a 21 year old female, 5'3" 160lb and have major chest pains in the middle of my chest for the past 4 days...I first thought it was heartburn so I brushed it off but now I'm not so sure. I have also had a little nausea...should I go to the hospital? All I have in my history is high blood pressure on my moms side.

Hi According to history it seems to be reflux pain by gastritis or acid reflux...

Take omeprazole for it...
Head elevation while sleeping...
Avoid excess spicy food and smoking....
Avoud smoking and alcohol.
Avoid sleeping soon after meal.
Small meals taken..
Avoid coffee , fatty food in excess...

If still pain there it could be muscular pain...
Rest needed....

If cough or fever develop then chest x ray and PFT done for further work up....

Take care ...
