Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The symptoms youmentioned are extremely common in pregnancy.
This is due to the instability of the pelvis. The pubic bone is held by a joint in the centre. this joint weakens during pregnancy due to relaxin hormones.try keeping both feet together while getting down fron car or bed. to dress (e.g wear pants) while sitting on the bed so that your feet are steady.
Take calcium and vitamin D regularly
if you have any further queries you can write/call directly to DR BHAGYASHREE.
Thanks
