I am a 50 years old female, had a partial hysterectomy approx 6 years ago. also had a tubal ligation and gallbladder removal within a 8year period via bellybutton... lately i have been having pain in my lower back, noticed a prolapse of something in my vaginal area, hard to have bm, lower abdominal pain, aches, fullness above my belly button, decreased ability to eat r/t fullness, bloating, weight gain and some vaginal bleeding. also noted abnormal colored bms, clay colored, green, all shades of brown, also noted lots of nausea..no diarrhea, and no vomiting.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of surgeries of tubal ligation, gall bladder removal, partial hysterectomy, pain in lower back, vaginal prolapse, hard to have BM, fullness, bloating, weight gain, colored BM and so on.
All the symptoms look to be related to the intestinal problems which need investigations. These straining have caused the vaginal prolapse of the bladder or uterus or rectum or all together.
I would advise you the following:
- Tests of stool.
Blood and urine tests
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Enteroclysis and CT scan if required.
An opinion and examination by Gynecologist.
An opinion of a General Surgeon.
All these together will give appropriate diagnosis and also give the plan of further medical and/or surgical treatment.
I find this answer helpful
