What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen With Elevated Bilirubin Level?

Hello, for the past 3 weeks Ive been having pain in my left back flank and lower abdomen. I ve been treated for a kidney infection. I m now going on 4 weeks still having the pain and most recently my UA results showed Bilirubin and ketones. When I asked my about this the nurse practitioner said those are coming up because I m dehydrated. Everything I m reading is saying its not because of dehydration. Can you please give some guidance as to if I should be concerned about my test results thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the bilirubin and ketone detected in urine without the clinical symptom then it must be nonspecific, if this is the abdomen pain since 4 months then it needs to be investigated properly for underlying causes, but most of the time it seems to be vague in condition, of functional one, may not be having any specific reason hope this information helps.
