What Causes Pain In Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi I am exactly a week away from the day im due on my period. I am experiencing pulling pains n movment in my womb area. My breast r swallon very sore n was itchy. My back was hurting last night and today I have had really bad wind n very loose stools. Could I be pregnant. I am roughly 8 dpo???? I also have a uti atm as it really hurts when I go to the loo. At around 6 dpo I had a very thick white cream In my underwear??

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the pregnancy at least I could say from the history given here, but such symptoms could be possible if taken some hormone medicines and not the pregnancy, even vaginal discharge may be the symptom for hormone therapy, take care.
