What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Masturbation?

Hi, I just did masturbation for the 1st time, but now i am having pain in my lower abdomen. I am 24, female, about 5 3 and approx 60 kg. I tried to insert my finger in the vagina but i didn t do it when it started paining me after i inserted a little bit. This is my 1st time doing anything sexual. I am a virgin. My periods are totally normal and i don t feel too much pain during them. Also the bleeding discharge is normal. I am also not feeling anything while urinating like irritation or some such. Also there was some white secretion while i masturbated. Can you please help me overcome this pain?

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Masturbation cause injury to female genital tract and produce bleeding.
If you did not use finger correctly, used for long time injured the superficial blood vessels of vagina and cervix. lead to vagina bleeding.
It is generally bright red in colour and clear.
Pain may be occur due to bleeding.
2. Infection in vagina or para urethral gland: If it is associated with foul smelling, itching and irrritation
3. Atrophic vaginitis/cervix

Take following advice:
1. Tablet meftal spas two times a day for pain
2. Put pressor in vagina if site is visible from where blood is coming
3. Sleep in leg rise position
4. Maintain hygiene to prevent infection
5. Put ice pack
6. If again occur consult the gynecologist
7. Avoid masturbation for 4-7 days.
