What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Gray Stools?

my 10 year old son has been hospital 2x for conspation and he has been like that at home to many times but been able to get him to poop, but now he has other things going on he is on miralax and it turned his poop gray, he is in pain in lower stomach all most all the time, and he cant take milk, but he has a high fiber diet

I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can. Grey stool may be sign of certain liver issues and he should do liver ultrasound and check liver markers for it. Constipation may be associated so more detailed evaluation is required, although in his age some serious diagnoses are not likely. It may be just caused by certain diet and food allergies so allergy tests should be done if liver is fine.
