General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Pain is in relation with '' stretching '' veins where they had removed some
for the graphs for heart valves & also due to scarring post-surgery.
*For prevention no medicines just
- regular light exercises, walking , meditations , YOGA
- have sound sleep of 6-7 hours
- avoid smoking / alcohol
- keep BP , Blood sugar , Cholesterol , weight under control .
*Treatment - analgesic as & when required .
Hope this clears your query.
