What Causes Pain In Left Testicle?
I feel a slight ache in my left testicle when touched at a certain position and while lying down and sitting. This is happening ever since I slept one night with my side pillow and at night I think I slept too tight. I also feel kind of strain in my left leg.

The causes for the mild pain in the left scrotum can be:
-Varicocele is the most common cause.
- Mild Epididymo-orchitis.
-rarely nerve entrapment
I would advise you the following:
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination,
Surgery for varicocele if symptomatic like pain in your case, semen analysis is showing reducing sperm count.
