What Causes Pain In Left Side Chest And Difficulty In Moving Hands?

I am 32 years old. some times i feel pain in the chest left side and i find small difficulty in moving my hands and neck. I do the exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet. I am afraid whether these are the symptoms of cardiovascular problem. please advise

I
Pain in the chest and left hand is not only caused by cardiac problems. It is also seen in gastritis and gastrooesophageal reflux disease.

Pain in hand is also caused due to cervical spondylitis.

I would advice you to do an ECG and stress test to rule out any cardiac problems.
