What Causes Pain In Knee And Back?

I have left knee pain, more behind the knee, also lower left back pain. That seems to be more annoying than painful and I keep getting a sharp stabbing pain in my inner thigh it feels like the size of a quarter so weird, if I sit to long have a real hard time walking, can beat weight on it as long as I keep knee on stiff side, if I turn without moving foot pain is excrutiating, today when I walked off a step it felt like pain exploded behind and on the sides of my knee almost brought me down, I know of no injury that I did but this is affecting my everyday routine and my walking gait which affects my back also

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. A physical examination by an orthopedician is well appreciated in your case. This can be due to nerve compression or irritation as you are having back ache and pain more than one point. It can be nerve compression due to lumbosacral disc herniation or due to nerve compression at various levels like meralgia paresthetica. After physical examination if any signs of such problem then MRI of lumbosacral spine might be needed to confirm the condition. For such case i would recommend NSAIDs like aceclofenac , muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and neurotropic drugs. I also advise physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises along with this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
