What Causes Pain In Knee After Undergoing Meniscus Tear Repair Surgery?

I had surgery to repair a menicus tear on December 22. I had a cortizone injection in February due to the inflamation in my knee. The swelling continued and my Orthropedic Surgeon performed a second surgery for syovitis on March 13. The swelling continued and it fells like my knee cap is moving to the left side of my leg when I walk. My Ortopedic doctor informed me early on before the first sugery that I had a very small area of arthrithis in my knee. The area is so small that a knee replacement would be overkill. Therefore on May 22, He injected my knee with synvanse-one, a gel to cover the small spot of arthritis. Today August 12, I still must wear a soft compression brace to walk because it feels like my knee cap is out of place. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAIN AT ALL! My knee hurts just a little when I try to walk without the compression brace but it is not unbearable. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE WRONG. He has referred me to a rheumatologist but I really don t believe I have arthritis of any sort besides the small area on my knee. HELP ME PLEASE
