What Causes Pain In Hip And Leg?

For 2 and a half months, I have been dealing with moderate to severe pain in my right hip and leg. It literally started overnight, first with a vibration in my hip, then increasing pain. My d Dimer was about 900, and there was blood in my urine. A abdominal scan showed ovarian cysts that had ruptured, but no presence of kidney stones. A Doppler of both of my legs ruled out a blood clot. I am still in pain that pacts my life every day, and in general feel unwell. I am tired, and achey all over. I am also tired of being subjected to the myriad of tests the doctors want me to do. Also, the cytology scan of my urine came back negative for cancerous cells. I am lost, confused, and tired. I just want to feel good again. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I think you are having extreme fatigue throughout your whole body, pain throughout your body. In my opinion these pains are likely to be due to vitamins and trace element deficiency specially that of vitamin D.I will suggest you to got following test to see cause .1.Serum Vitamin D2.Serum Vitamin B12 3.Blood sugar fasting and PP4.T3,T4,TSH. Furthermore I empirically treat my such patients by: 1.EVION LC2.VITAMINE D3(if it is low)3.VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND VITAMIN C 4.CALCIUM5.Mecobalmine 6.ANALGESICS such as ibuprofen to relive pain. As your pain more on right hip so will also like to do your MRI of my right hip to rule out avascular necrosis of right hip. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
