What Causes Pain In Heels?

The inside of the back of my heels hurt to walk and stand. After walking for a while the pain goes away. The pain increases when I lay down and them try to walk again. They are tender to the touch but only on the inside of my heels. The paisan started two months ago after hiking.

Hi,

Get your serum uric acid level, xray both heels in lateral view and send me the report.

Avoid playing games and wear sports.

Take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
