What Causes Pain In Groin Area After Urinating?

Dear Dr.

I have been having sharp pain in my Groin Area (Right Side) 1-1/2 Inches above the base of the Penis. It happens after urination, and only once or twice a week.
I have been working out since 1997, and also have chronic Sinusitis since 2007.
The pain usually happens after a workout, when complete my first piss.

I have undergone urine tests (Rm and Culture) it showed presence of E. Coli Bacteria.
Also took Ofloxacin Anti Bacteria for a course of 5 days (Twice daily).

The pain usually subsides after a few minutes pass by of completing the urination.
Flow of Urine though is good.

I drink lots of water since this pain occurred 4 weeks back.
Also took Citra Soda and URI SPAS for Pain.
I'am 32 years of age, 5'7 in height and weighing around 82 K gs.

Please help.
