What Causes Pain In Collar Bone And Chest?

My 65 year old mother in law had a triple bipass last year. For the past 2 days she has had pain on her right side, started on the shoulder blade but is not constant. she is stating that the constant pain is in her collar bone. she is also having chest pain but on her right side

Chest pain radiating to shoulder may point towards unstable ANGINA in a post CABG patient.So get her an ECG and check her vitals like BP AND Heart rate.Get Troponin T and cardiac enzymes like CPK MB to confirm the diagnosis.IF she is on warfarin get her PT INR checked.Anti hypertensives and Anti platelets along with low dose nitroglycerine will be helpful under strict supervision of your treating doctor.So consult your cardiologist for expert management.
