Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the pelvic region and difficulty while sitting requires a X-ray of the pelvic region.
The pain can be due to trauma to the region or due to some kind of inflammation in the joints of the tail bone.
Trauma could have led to hair line fracture of the tail bone.
Hair line fractures are slightly painful and cause little restriction to movements.
Inflammation of joints can also lead to pain.
Feeling of pressure suggests some kind of nerve related disorder.
A consultation with an orthopedician will be helpful in determining the cause pain, difficulty while sitting and pressure symptoms and thus management.

Thanks and take care
