What Causes Pain In Chest, Shoulders And Stomach?
I had severe chest pain last night, pain at my heart, in my shoulders, and stomach. Everytime I tried to take a breath, my heart and chest hurt. The pain was very intense and felt like it was radiating down my arms from my shoulders and some down my legs. Whenever I rolled to my left side, it was unbearable. Can a EKG days later show if I had a heart attack? What was happening?

You have not mentioned your age and gender this was very important here, to advise you in right way, still the chest pain need to be ruled out with EKG till then the condition can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, take care.( Comment:- While asking health query this is must to write the age and gender )
