Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question

chest pain can be due to
- cardiac causes
-lung related
-pleura related
-local causes like costochondritis
-gastritis

you need to consult a Pulmonologist who can request for some investigations like chest X-ray , ecg and echocardiogram if needed and examine you
this ll help to lead to a diagnosis

in my patients I first give them analgesics and proton pump inhibitors

thanks
