What Causes Pain In Chest Jaw & Elbows With Shortness Of Breath?
i am a 35 year old women have been operated for TOFin 1985 and had get pv replcement done in 2001. now from last 10 days having pain in my chest , neck, lower jaw, upper back, left arm and specially in wrist and elbow , shortness of breath and as something is pricking in back and chest but from last three days its severe what to do.

In my opinion you should rush to the Emergency Room first.
As your all sumptoms are related to cardiac cause only.
Better to get done ECG and 2D Echo and consult cardiologist.
You may have valvular relapse or some other coronary issues.
So don't wait at home consult cardiologist as soon as possible.
