What Causes Pain In Chest Back And Shoulder After Swallowing Food?

Thank you.I feel like i have swallowed something that is too big. There is pain radiating from my center chest area to my back between my shoulder blades. Seems to be more noticeable after swallowing liquids or solids. It lasts for several minuets, then subsides to a dull heavy sensation. Uncomfortable but not especially painful.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of chest pain radiating from the centre to the back that is aggravated during consumption of solid or liquid food I am suggesting that you have of partial oesophageal stenosis possibly due to aortic knuckle

In view of this please do a chest x-ray to rule out this condition

Meanwhile please see a gastroenterologist specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and expert management

I hope this helps Regards
