What Causes Pain In Chest Area Despite Taking Pantocid And Razo For Acidity?

Hii yesterday i hd severe acidity pain. With vomitings .doc gave me 1inj pantocid40mg iv,inj voveron/amp Im,inj emicet .And after dat the pain was reduced nd doc precribed me wit hyocimax plus tab and razo easy.but today again im feeln pain..cn u plz suggest me what is goin wrong wit me.

Hello there! Thank you for writing us here. Well, gastric pain which I'm suspecting is that of an ulcer. I would suggest you to go for an endoscopy and biopsy to know the correct diagnosis.
Rest I'm sure your doctor has prescribed medications for your symptoms.
