General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This back pain with genital and lower abdomen could be related to your menstrual bleeding.

Stomach swells or bloating could be due to due to gastritis or gastroenteritis.

Here, you should go for blood works and ultrasound of abdomen with pelvis.

You should take ibuprofen with antacids like pantoprazole available over the counter.

If problem persists then consult some local doctor or gynecologist for further treatment.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
