What Causes Pain In Armpit With Dizziness And Headaches?

My husband is having pain in his armpit area, his upper left arm area, and having dizziness along with headaches. He recently was in the ER and nothing was found to be wrong with his heart, MRI or scan of his neck area. He is weak and cannot seem to exert himself at all without bring on the symptoms. This has been going on for weeks. Help....

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry much for his symptoms as heart work up and MRI are normal.
Sometimes, uncontrolled, undiagnosed stress and anxiety can also cause similar headache, chest pain, arm pain etc.
So better to take him to psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in his life and start working on it's solution.
He may needs anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, he will be alright with counselling sessions and anxiolytic drugs.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your husband. Thanks.
