What Causes Pain In Armpit, Biceps, Left Side Of Breast After Shoulder Injury?

Hi about 2 months ago I hurt my shoulder picking up my 84 yr old mother. The pain never really went away. Now under my armpit, bycept, left side of breast have unbearable pain nonstop. I feel little lumps under my armpits and down under my arm and left side of breast. The pain is a 10.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain is very likely it could be due to lifting a weight, second it could be spinal disk compression, for symptomatic relief "Tab Diclofenac and Acetaminophen" if the pain is persistence then x-ray would be must, can be taken hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
