What Causes Pain In Ankle While On Tonact?
Hello Doctor, I am taking TONACT 10 for the past two years, once every night. I do regular exercise at lease six times a week. Normal exercise is confined to walking for 4.0 km - 5.0 km. Recently I am having ankle pain on my left leg. If I take dosage alternate nights, will it give me any help. My cholestral level is moderate. ( As a heart patient, I have been advised by my Cardiologist to take this dosage every night. Please advise.

asper advise it is better to obey the advise and take one tablet daily. lifestyle change is good continue your morning walk and in-case of ankle sprain you can do yogic exercises. avoid fatty food. Red meat should be avoided. refrain from alcohol and smoking
