Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hemorrhoids can recur anytime after treatment and lead to blood in stools.
Pain and pressure in the right lower abdomen can be due constipation, or infection in the intestines.
I will suggest you to consult a surgeon for proper examination, get an ultrasound done to confirm the cause of right sided pain and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
