What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Back With Dizziness And Indigestion?

for the last 4 months I have been having pains in my stomach and back, the pain is never in the same spot. I am getting very week and dizzy most of the time. I have a lot of indigestion and an upset stomach a lot. my whole body hurts and I am putting on a lot of weight. I am a female

Hi,

I read your medical history carefully and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

The stomach and back pain could be related to:
- stomach issues
- pancreas/liver/gallbladder problems
- uro-genital problems

Furthermore, you are mentioning to have indigestion and upset stomach with feeling weak and dizzy. If you are a sexually active female, another reason could be pregnancy unless you are in the menopause stage.

I suggest to do:
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis
- pregnancy test
- complete blood profile

I also advise to:
- take more water
- do not lift heavy weights
- get more physically involved especially when it comes to exercises for spine and abdominal muscles
- eat often, small portions and slowly
- take otc oral painkillers to relieve pain (but remember to get a pregnancy test first and be sure you are not pregnant)
