My husband has had pain in his right shoulder that goes down to his forearm, sometimes to his wrist. Other times his back forearms just feel sore like he as been doing some heavy lifting. One time he had pain go across his upper back along with dizziness. It comes and goes in different areas but never on the right side. His arm will also feel tired and heavy with no pain at all.
