What Causes Pain From Scapula Area To The Ribcage?

For the past few weeks, I have had intermittent pain from my left scapula area around the ribcage under my left arm, breast and radiates down to just under the ribcage. I have had two bouts of short lived fevers of 101, a 24 hour spike in B/P of 202/103 and light headedness. went to the ER last week and they checked my heart. Heart checked out clean along with blood work. If I am having a bout of pain, eating makes it worse. What is happening here?

you must check up with a chest physician and have an x ray of the chest,xray shall reveal status of lung and rib cage from which cause would be evident. treatment follows the diagnosis. In meantime, continue pain relievers if prescribed.
