What Causes Pain During Removal Of Tampon?

So while on my period i use tampons. Have used tampons for 3 years and had my period for 4. Well here recently i have had pain removing my tampon and pain sitting normally with my tampon in. Also when i remove my tampon it hurts bad and it barely is covered but if i wipe or urinate there is blood. What should I do?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pain while removing tampon is not normal. It may signal a local vaginal infection which is possible with tampon use especially if the hygienic conditions surrounding insertion are not the best.
Blood in urine during menses while on tampon will also need to be investigated. This is mostly seen in case of vesico-vaginal fistulas.I will suggest you see the Gynecologist for investigation. You need to be evaluated for infections and a dye test for a vesico-vaginal fistula may also be useful.
Hope this will help
Best regards
