Hallow Dear,

Your experience is not an unique experience.

A virgin girl has a thin fibromuscular membrane at the opening of vagina. During first intercourse, it breaks causing bleeding. Moreover, the girl is quite apprehensive due to the size of an erected penis. She is not aware of the capacity of vagina to distend. Therefore she contacts the muscles around and of the vagina reflexly. As it is the vagina is tight organ. Thus, forceful insertion becomes painful.

You have to take it gently. Win her confidence. Explain that the vagina can dilate to accommodate the head of the baby and hence penile entry will not cause her pain if she relaxes. If you follow the undermentioned tips, you will have smooth intercourse.

1. Do not enter the vagina immediately you start love making.
2. Touching private parts dry is very discomforting.
3. Wait till she is wet by her vaginal secretions.
4. Before entering the penis, it is a good practice to finger the vagina which allows some dilatation and minimizes her apprehension.
5. Use some lubricant. Oil based lubricants should not be used as they are harmful to the women's genital organs. Water-based lubricants should be used. Vaginal jellies available with the chemists are good for the purpose.
6. Insert only when she demands.
7. During first few months to year, full insertion is not possible. Does not matter. Entrance of the glance will give you full satisfaction.
8. While you are inserting, ask het to take deep breaths with fully open mouth. By this, she cannot contract het vaginal and perineal muscles.
9. Insert gradually, may be inch by inch.
10. After insertion, hold on for some time before you start any movements. This gives her some time to overcome the initial pain and apprehension. Till that you may concentrate on some body play.

I hope this will make your sexual life more enjoyable.

Wish you a happy and romantic sexual married life.
