A virgin girl has a thin fibromuscular membrane at the opening of vagina. During first intercourse, it breaks causing bleeding. Moreover, the girl is quite apprehensive due to the size of an erected penis. She is not aware of the capacity of vagina to distend. 5. Use some lubricant. Oil based lubricants should not be used as they are harmful to the women's genital organs. Water-based lubricants should be used. Vaginal jellies available with the chemists are good for the purpose.
6. Insert only when she demands.
7. During first few months to year, full insertion is not possible. Does not matter. Entrance of the glance will give you full satisfaction.
8. While you are inserting, ask het to take deep breaths with fully open mouth. By this, she cannot contract het vaginal and perineal muscles.
