General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be gastritis (acid peptic disease) which is most common cause and you have already been treated for it by antibiotics against Helicobacter. The other causes may be hepatitis, liver enlargement due to alcoholic liver disease if you are a regular consumer of alcohol or pancreatic stones which is also common in alcoholics. Kindly meet a physician who will order for an ultrasound scan of abdomen to diagnose your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
