What Causes Pain Below The Navel?

I have a pain in my stomach about 3 inches below my belly button I am a 42 year old man not overweight the pain has been steady for about 5 days now it started on Saturday when I felt really ill many trips to the bathroom and even some vomiting but that is gone now still have the pain though

hi . your pain in the stomach could be an acute abdomen infection . as recently you had loose stools and vomiting . it is better to do an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out other causes . And blood investigation like Complete blood count to look for infection .
