What Causes Pain Behind The Eyelid After Treating Iris With Lotemax?

Deep right eye pain behide the eyelid/eyebrow area. Iritis treated with Lotemax 3X and no longer visible. Recent CT scan and exam by ophthamologist were negative. Still using 1 dose Lotemax per day and artificial tears 4X. 6 weeks of Lotemax at this point. IBD for 18 years, but quiet for 6 months.

It can be migraine or frontal sinusitis. Refraction is Tobe done. ocular muscle movement is to be checked. x-ray PNSis to be taken. If positive then to be treated.
